BOZZA DECRETO RINNOVABILI ELETTRICHE

Come ci si aspettava la bozza del decreto sulle rinnovabile fa spazio anche al fotovoltaico. Il provvedimento, che disciplina gli incentivi dedicati all’energia elettrica da impianti fer per il triennio 2018-2020, non però è ancora nella sua versione definitiva.Alcuni elementi non cambiano: per accedere agli incentivi i progetti devono esser selezionati per l’iscrizione ai registri (quando la loro potenza è inferiore a 1 MW) o competere tramite aste al ribasso (se la loro potenza è maggiore a 1 MW). Ma la principale novità introdotta dal decreto rinnovabili elettriche è rappresentata dall’introduzione di gare tecnologicamente neutre. Ciò significa che fonti diverse dovranno darsi battaglia sugli stessi contingenti di potenza.

SUPER AMMORTAMENTO DEL 140% PER IL FOTOVOLTAICO NEL 2017

Il super ammortamento al 140% è un misura introdotta con l’ultima Finanziaria.Il super ammortamento al 140% è destinato a soggetti titolari di reddito d’impresa e a professionisti con reddito di lavoro autonomo anche svolto in forma associata, residenti in Italia che con stabile organizzazione nel nostro paese fanno investimenti in beni strumenti.

Facciamo un esempio:

Ipotizziamo che per l’impianto fotovoltaico l’impresa abbia speso 18.000 euro:

  • il 140% di tale importo è 25.200 euro 
  • il costo d’investimento viene ripartito per circa 11 anni a seconda della quota di ammortamento, per il fotovoltaico inteso come bene mobile è del 9%.
  • ogni anno perciò verranno dedotti circa 2.300 euro
